Just got done organizing some scrap goodies. Why is it that it multiplies.. I have time to shop, but no crop time.. for me, acquiring and the hunt for new and fun items is half the battle. It all works out in the end i guess. That way when I do sit down to create I have no shortage of inspiration and fun things surrounding me. =)
My newest passion is punches.. border and otherwise.. lol.. =) the border ones are soooo cute and add just a little something.. I use to hoard the bazzill edges but with those, you may not have just the right color. with the punches, you don't have to worry about that. I just recently bought the monarch butterfly one from Martha Stewart.. love it!!! I was searching for the lady bug one and i finally found it and the corner punch to match.. it was bliss I tell ya..
I haven't cropped lately.. not since NSD weekend. That will all change next Friday. Gonna get my scrap mojo going...can't wait. so many new things to play with. how will I choose.. ack!!
Since I don't have anything exciting to really chat about, I'll share a few more pages from NSD weekend.
This was for a challenge at ACOT. Had to use a saying from Dr. Suess. Used a MM die cut paper and some Maya Mist. I covered the butterfly in mist too.
This one is one of my favs... i got to mist again and stitched. This is a DCWV pack that was exclusive to Micheals. I can't remember the name now. it's really cute.
And last, but not least, a layout of my doggie. this was for a ACOT challenge too. had to use an 80s song title somewhere on the layout. worked perfect for this paper I used.
That's all I got for ya. I have a few more layouts from NSD. I'll share those next time. Toodles...
