I'm Alive!!!!!! =) =)

hi, long time no chat. been kinda busy..just not enough time in a day to do all I want. Last weekend I did have some scrappy fun at the Scrap Pink crop at my LSS. I participated on Friday and Saturday.. i had the opportunity to hang out with some of my favorite scrappers.. =) I got a lot of fun layouts done too..

Here are a few of the layouts I completed.. this was Friday's effort. Since it was a Scrap Pink weekend, what better way to start the weekend out than to use some Pink Paislee papers and embellies.. all pink..

this is my friends sweet little girl. she is so cute. =) I used a sketch from 52 sketches, #37

Good Dog..
me and my furry best friend, my little Sierra. I love my doggie.. very rare for me to be in pictures. these were taken back in 2007 at a Labor Day party. I used all scraps on this page. nothing new bought for this.. trying to use my stash.. I also used a sketch, this one from Sept. Pagemaps.

I really can't credit this layout getting done at this crop, cause it was 99% done when I started. I added the names and date.. but, it's new.. and thought I'd share it.. I loved the little owls in this Best Creations paper.. this is my mom, holding my little cousin..

And then, on Saturday, I got a few more layouts completed.. I was on a sketch roll.. =) And keeping with the Scrap Pink theme again, I did another Pink Paislee layout.. the LSS had a sale on all Pink Paislee paper, and some wonderful embellies. I bought a bunch of things.. and the croppers got a great goodie bag filled to the brim with more Pink Paislee goodness.. papers, papers, and more papers.. a bunch of papers I didn't have.. i just bought some embellies and stickers that matched from an online store, I was sooooo very HAPPY... =) I love PP. the new paper line that I'm collecting... love it all.

This layout was for the LSS.. they needed a demo of this paper line, so I whipped up this layout of my hubby.. such fun paper to work with.. I used a sketch and some inspiration from the Nikki Sivils blog and then cut out some of the fun shapes on the papers. this is the U R my Favorite line..

Wet & Wild..
my friend Cari was making a fuss cause I wasn't scrapping pages of her kids.. so I asked for a few pictures and picked some of my favs.. i just thought these were the best.. so fun... and I don't get to do a lot of fun water or summer pics.. I used my BoBunny Alissa papers and used another sketch from 52 sketches, #36

And Last, but certainly not least, this is a few pictures from our summer trip up to the UP. we got caught in road construction on the way home. I wanted to use the Reminisce construction papers so I took some pics through the car window.. this was a fun one.. used a sketch from Let's Scrap.. ls121
