Hello.....
Good Morning!!!
It's that time of the month again and we are bringing you the latest Scrapbookers Anonymous A-Z challenge. We are on the letter "C". Oh the possibilities. =) It's all about digging into your stash for items that start with the letter "C".
cats maybe??? or clouds? i used a couple clouds and didn't even plan it that way. it just happened.. lol..
I've been digging into my paper stash for this challenge and had lots to choose from. I picked papers from Crate (Seasons Collection) and Core'dinations (Neutrals: Woodgrain).. and the rub ons are Cosmo Cricket (Honey Pie).
So, head over to the blog to see the inspiration from the design team. Fabulous as always.. =)
Not really been able to be crafty.. busy with work and every weekend has something going on. And I want to start exercising more which takes time away from crafting too...started a Couch Potato to 5k plan. I about died my first session.. lol. And tonight I'm headed to a wedding..should be fun. Maybe next weekend I'll be able to find some time to do other challenges and have some fun playing with paper... i can only hope..
See you again soon.
Toodles... =)
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee this! I love love love the hearts coming down from the clouds!! Hope you get some scrappy time this weekend! :):):):):):):):):):):)
ReplyDeleteI love how this turned out. Those rub-ons are so cute and your clouds look great!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous LO, I love the clouds with the hearts what a fab idea. Have a good weekend.xxx
ReplyDeleteOk, those clouds and heartdrops are just adorable. I'm just saying.
ReplyDeleteHey Theresa ~ thanks for your nice comments:) You poor thing ~ too busy to scrap...awful:) But at least you'll have a well organised space to get back into it ~ I looove those twine jars. That would work for ribbons, too, I reckon ~ different sizes. They are my bug bear... continually fixing 'em up... I love the hearts, too, they're really cute:):)
ReplyDeleteI had totally overlooked Core-dinations. Maybe I would have been able to do this after all!
ReplyDeleteMy failed 'C' is being recycled for next month's challenge.
And I hear you about not having time to craft. 'sad face'
Wow, Theresa, I loooooove this, I love the rub-ons and the floating cloud!!! That's so great that you're starting to exercise, I have that thought in my head every now and again, maybe you can motivate me! Did you get my addy? I emailed it a few days ago. Good luck getting some crafty time this week, hugs, Roxy!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous layout! Love that woosgrain background paper! And I agree with Lynnda... soooo cute those clouds are `raining` hearts!!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! Love that it's raining clouds! Love the happy mix of colors here! :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best in your Couch Potato to 5K plan. Personally I rather do 30 minutes of kickboxing than run for 5 minutes...lol...The key is to pick something you would enjoy, then you're more likely to stick it out long-term.
Oh this is just so cute! Love the look of this!

Hi!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful LO! Like those clouds. Thanks for stopping by my place. Thought I'd share something with you.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
INGREIDENTS
2 ½ C. Flour
2 ½ teas. Baking Powder
1 teas. Salt
2 sticks of butter/margarine
1 ½ C. White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1 teas. Vanilla
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple
2 C. Brown Sugar, maybe less, maybe more
In large mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, 1 stick of butter/margarine, white sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix all together well. Set aside for now.
PINEAPPLE TOPPING
In sauce pan melt 1 stick of butter/margarine. Pour this into a 9 X 11 cake pan, making sure you cover the bottom of the cake pan well. Place Brown Sugar over bottom of cake pan, spreading it out and covering the bottom of the cake pan. Pour Crushed Pineapple with juice in cake pan, covering the bottom of the cake pan. If needed you could use another can of pineapple.
Pour cake batter over pineapple, covering evenly. Bake at 350 until done. Run a butter knife around the edges of the cake, this losens the cake from the sides of the cake pan. Dump cake onto a flat platter or plate. DO NOT LET THE CAKE COOL, DUMP OUT WHILE IT’S STILL HOT.
So fun and adorable!!!!
