it's been a long time

Hi there.. =) i haven't been blogging or spending as much time blog surfing.. been having a fun, busy summer.. lots of things to do, places to go.. let's see...

last weekend I spent 4 wonderful days with my family, golfed, went to my family reunion, spent a couple days at my mom's, gambled, drank, and just plain relaxed.. that's a lot of stuff to pack into 4 days. it was awesome.. here are some pictures..

this is my great niece. she is a cutie. she was allowing me a photo shoot. i got a lot of fun pictures of her... what a ham.. =)

this was at our family golf outing.. it's my mom.. she is the queen of golf. .she loves it and is good too.. i love her so much... =)

this is the view of the river at my mom's house. torch river. it's so beautiful there. lot's of picture from up north too...

I wish I had pictures of the casino night.. boy, was that a hoot.. we had a good time.

I've been getting lots of scrap goodies in the mail.. Fancy Pants papers, my Unity stamp of the month kit, a Daisy Bucket pack of Farmer's Market. I won it at BluePrint sketches.. you should check it out.. nice sketches and she has prizes.. =)

I also had an opportunity to scrap last night. got a couple layouts done..

this is a layout of my two scrapping friends.. used the Reminisce Live out Loud line. i was hoarding this paper. Used a sketch from July PageMaps.

This is my great niece. This is a scraplift from the Fancy Pants website gallery. I used my kraft Fancy Pants paper and kraft kuts.

And, the last new update is that I got a new bike.. it is so cute.. I need to take a picture. I can't wait to ride it. the weather has been crappy here.. so I haven't taken it out on it's first tour..

So, that's it for me.. lots going on. I hope to scrap again soon. lots of fun papers and picture to use.. and with CHA, there will only be more coming out.. i can't keep up.. does anyone?? I think that is half the fun..
