a little update..lots to share

hi. happy monday.. how is everyone? i've been busy.. i was cropping on Friday night and then participated in a LSS garage sale.. made me some cha-ching.. =) unloaded a bunch of stuff i wouldn't use.. which makes room for more stuff that I will use... since i'm trying to be a thrifty scrapper, this gives me some play money...I signed up for the April No Shopping Challenge at sb.com.. my goal for the month is 15 layouts...

Here is a layout I completed Friday night.. it's of my cousin.. I used some fun CI paper I had. I used a sketch from my new find.. 52 sketches.. sketch #52

Life in the Fast Lane

Saturday was the LSS garage sale. It was fun. me and my friend Jill shared a table. it cost us $5 to rent and we really cleaned up.. i can now buy lots more paper.. =) Here is a pic of Jill at our table.. this was after 90% of our stuff was gone and we were down to the last bit of stuff. it was overflowing... we even had items under the table.. it was crazy...

Then, after the LSS sale... I had some extra cash.. so I had to pick up a few new things..i kept it in check.. here is a snapshot of a few new items i bought..
if you haven't seen this Heidi Swapp paper yet, it is really cool.

and you all know I'd have to buy the bone paper for cute pages of my doggie..

and here is some pics of the garage sale finds I bought from a fellow attendee...she always has great stuff.. she designs for a popular mag and comes with lots of great product to sell.. it's hard to not buy more.. this is just the spattering of items i got.. love the Basic grey line and the cute AC paper.. oh.. and not to mention the Kaiser skull album.. all my friends insisted i get it.. it was only $1.

to finish my post... I will show you some cute cards I completed on Sat night after the garage sale. i went to my friends house and made about 8 cards.. here is 5 plus i added a dog one i made a few weeks ago..
